There is a slight $15 increase per space as noted in the costs below as we are moving to a larger building.
Note: There is a limit of two (2) inline spaces per Exhibitor.
Artist Alley Inline = $115
**Must be verified as artist, writer or artisan to qualify for this option**
Each Artist Alley Inline includes the following:
• A five-foot by ten-foot (5’x10’) space
• One (1) eight-foot table
• Two (2) chairs
• Two (2) exhibitor badges
• Two (2) weekend parking passes
Artist Alley Premium = $145

Vendor Inline = $175
Each Vendor Inline includes the following:
• A ten-foot by ten-foot (10’x10’) space
• One (1) eight-foot table
• Two (2) chairs
• Two (2) exhibitor badges
• Two (2) weekend parking passes

Vendor Guaranteed Corner = $235

PLEASE NOTE:
Effective immediately and going forward “AI-generated Art” shall not be sold at our event as we do respect the rights of original art creators.
If this rule is broken, you will be removed from the event and you will forfeit all fees paid for your exhibitor space. No refunds will be offered to exhibitors removed from the event.
Mid Valley Comic Art Expo will continue to support original art and the creators of original art. We will be prohibiting the sale of AI-generated artwork created using sourced content that the seller does not hold legal rights to at all our events.
SELLING OF AI-GENERATED ART, BOOTLEG PRODUCT, AND/OR STOLEN ART IS PROHIBITED!
Violators will be banned from all future events produced by Lahar Promotions.
Exhibitor Set-Up Times
Friday Evening - 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday Morning - 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Sunday Morning - 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Exhibitor Move-Out Time
Sunday - 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
(Please do not move out early without telling our event program manager.)
