Exhibitor Detailed Information
There has been a slight cost increase to exhibitor spaces for 2027 due to increasing venue rental fees. Keeping the table prices as low as possible is our goal. Thanks for your understanding.
Application Guidelines
Send your completed application to info@mvcae.com
Please send example pictures of your table setup along with your application to help with the approval process.
There is a limit of two (2) spaces per exhibitor.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will send you a PayPal invoice via email.
(Full payment is required to reserve your space.)

Artist Alley Inline = $145
**Must be verified as artist, writer or artisan to qualify for this option**
Each Artist Alley Inline includes the following:
• A ten-foot by five-foot (10’ wide x 5’ deep) space
• One (1) eight-foot table
• Two (2) chairs
• Two (2) exhibitor badges
• Two (2) weekend parking passes
Artist Alley Premium = $175
Limited Availability
**Must be verified as artist, writer or artisan to qualify for this option**
There is a limit of one (1) artist premium per Exhibitor.
Each Artist Alley Premium includes the following:
• A ten-foot by seven-foot (10’ wide x 7’ deep) end cap space
• One (1) eight-foot table
• Two (2) chairs
• Two (2) exhibitor badges
• Two (2) weekend parking passes
(You are allowed to bring one additional 4' or 6' table for your space.)

We are adding a "No Table and Chairs" check box option for a $15 discount per space for "Vendor Only" marking "YES" = "No Table", so if you choose this option you must bring your own tables and chairs.
Vendor Inline = $205
Each Vendor Inline includes the following:
• A ten-foot by ten-foot (10’x10’) space
• One (1) eight-foot table (optional)
• Two (2) chairs (optional)
• Two (2) exhibitor badges
• Two (2) weekend parking passes
(You are allowed to bring additional tables for your space.)
Vendor Guaranteed Corner = $265
Limited Availability
There is a limit of one (1) vendor corner per Exhibitor.
Each Vendor Corner includes the following:
• A ten-foot by ten-foot (10’x10’) corner space
• One (1) eight-foot table (optional)
• Two (2) chairs (optional)
• Two (2) exhibitor badges
• Two (2) weekend parking passes
(You are allowed to bring additional tables for your space.)

"We are not allowed to have food items or beverages sold by exhibitors due to our agreement with The Oregon Expo and OSFEC."

SELLING OF AI-GENERATED ART, BOOTLEG PRODUCT, AND/OR STOLEN ART IS PROHIBITED AT OUR EXPO!
If any of these rules are broken, we will ask you to correct the situation. If it is not settled within a reasonable time, you will be removed from the event and will forfeit all fees paid for your exhibitor space. No refunds will be offered to exhibitors removed from the event. And you will be banned from any Lahar Promotions future events.

Friday Evening - 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday Morning - 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Sunday Morning - 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Exhibitor Move-Out Time
Sunday - 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM
